　　中国教育学会小学数学教学专业委员会成立于1982年3月，理事成员由热心小学数学教学研究工作人士组成。专委会组织和团结广大会员积极开展小学数学教学研究、实验和学术交流，为促进小学数学教学改革，不断提高教学质量服务。


　　主要业务：

　　组织开展小学数学教育相关的理论研究；举办全国范围的小学数学教学研究的学术研讨和交流活动；组织开展小学数学教育相关的业务培训、咨询服务和书刊编辑、专业展览；组织推进小学数学教育相关的国际合作等。


　　主要活动：

　　专委会开展全国性的研究活动，采取小型专题研究与大会交流相结合的形式进行。从1983年起每两年召开一次年会，会议的主要形式有专家报告、课堂教学观摩研讨和专题研讨。从1993年起每两年召开一次大型优化课堂教学观摩交流会，研讨和交流各地优秀小学数学课堂教学的成果。
