关于举办中国教育学会基础教育评价专业委员会2016年学术年会的通知

各常务理事、理事、个人会员，单位会员及相关单位：
　　经中国教育学会基础教育评价专业委员会常务理事会研究，定于2016年11月10—12日在江苏省苏州市举办中国教育学会基础教育评价专业委员会2016年学术年会，望各常务理事和理事及相关单位做好组织工作。会议期间还将召开常务理事会，请各常务理事准时参会。现将有关事项通知如下:

　　五、具体事宜
　　（一）会务费
　　中国教育学会个人会员交纳会务费680元（凭会员证）；单位会员所属的参会人员，除提供1名免费名额外，其余参会者一律享受个人会员待遇（需提前联系会务组，采用团体报名方式）；非会员参会交纳会务费1000元，差旅费、住宿费自理。
　　会议提供住宿选择：苏州市胥城大厦，费用自理，具体标准：标间（340/晚）；单间（380/晚）。
　　（二）报名及缴费方式
　　会务费用采用网上报名交费的方式，操作如下：登录中国教育学会官网（http://www.cse.edu.cn）首页右侧“会议报名”-“中国教育学会基础教育评价专业委员会 2016年学术年会”-“我要报名”按步骤进行操作。网上报名截止日期：2016 年11 月 4日（注：网上交费成功，请保留系统发给您的短信或短信中的订单号，凭“短信”或“短信中的订单号”在活动报到时领取发票）。
　　原则上不接受现场报名和交费，经秘书处同意现场交费的，由评价专业委员会现场开具收据，正式发票在会议结束后 20 个工作日内邮寄给参会人员。
　　（三）注意事项
　　1.报名截止时间：2016 年 11月2日。因会场接待容量有限，将对参会人数予以限制。若报名人数已满，将提前截止报名，未能报名缴费成功且未提前与基础教育评价专业委员会秘书处沟通的人员，会务组可能无法接待，敬请谅解。
　　2.会议不统一安排接站，请与会人员自行前往会议地点，路线详见附件3。
