关于开展“2014年全国中小学生平安暑假专项作业”活动的函

各省、自治区、直辖市教育厅（教委），新疆生产建设兵团教育局：
　　　
　　根据《教育部关于做好春夏季中小学生和幼儿安全工作的紧急通知》（教基一[2014]5号）的要求，中国教育学会决定在暑假期间开展“2014年全国中小学生平安暑假专项作业”活动，以切实做好中小学生和幼儿暑期安全教育工作，望各地教育行政部门积极组织学生参与。

       一、活动概况：

　　活动主题：安全不“放假”，平安过暑假
　　活动名称：2014年全国中小学生平安暑假专项作业
　　开展时间：2014年7月1日—8月31日
　　主办单位：中国教育学会
　　承办单位：中国安全教育网
　　参加对象：全国中小学生、幼儿及家长

        二、作业内容

　　根据《中小学公共安全教育指导纲要》的要求，分为三个学段，低段（幼儿园-小学1-3年级）、中段（小学4-6年级）、高段（7-12年级），学生按各自所在的学段来完成对应的作业，低段学生要求在家长的协助下共同完成作业。

　　作业1：观看安全教育短片
　　学生按自己的学段观看由中国教育学会组织拍摄的防溺水、防性侵等安全教育短片。

　　作业2：安全知识测试
　　将安全教育短片中的要点以问卷形式让学生进行测试，以检验学生的掌握程度，安全没有99分，满分才算完成该项作业，学生可以反复进行测试，直到完全掌握。

　　作业3：安全问卷调查
　　针对学生上下学方式、防溺水、防性侵、交通安全等安全教育情况，采取不记名方式进行调查，以全面了解所在区域学校安全教育工作的整体情况和薄弱环节，为教育行政部门制定完善的安全教育政策提供科学依据。

       三、组织办法

　　在中国教育学会主办的“中国安全教育网”上为参加地区开设活动专区，教育行政部门统一组织辖区内学校参加。

       四、学生和家长参加方法

　　第一步：登录中国安全教育网（www.safetree.com.cn），进入活动页面，选择地区入口，完成简单注册；

　　第二步：了解作业须知，然后分别点击三项作业并完成（每项均须完成，但每项作业不分先后）；

　　第三步：查看作业完成情况。

       五、数据查看

　　活动期间，所有活动数据会动态显示，可随时查看各省、市、区县参与情况，学生或家生也可查看自己的完成情况。

       六、活动总结

　　活动结束后，将对参与活动的情况和调查问卷的结果进行数据统计分析，并将分析结果提供给参加单位，为下一步完善学校安全教育提供科学依据。
